This workbook appears to be by the author of The Body Keeps The Score but is not. I was looking forward to a workbook that would have practical and challenging exercises. The Questions that follow each chapter's summary are cryptic and poorly edited. Many are true/false quizzes that are not at all helpful. A complete waste of time.
